2. Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

All purchases made in-store or via our website

All home renovation services including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and tile work

Any quotations, installations, or deliveries provided by Infinity Furnishing Ltd

By placing an order or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Product Orders

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues or pricing errors.

Custom orders (e.g. bespoke sofas, flooring, made-to-measure) are non-refundable and cannot be altered once confirmed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made via card, bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash (in-store only).

Renovation projects may require deposits or staged payments as outlined in the quotation.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery times provided are estimates. Delays due to unforeseen events are not the responsibility of Infinity Furnishing Ltd.

Customers must ensure access and readiness for deliveries or fitting services.

Installation charges apply separately and will be clearly stated in advance.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Furniture and home accessories can be returned within 14 days, subject to our Return Policy.

Custom-made items or installed materials are not eligible for return.

Renovation project cancellations must be requested at least 7 days in advance for a refund (see Return Policy for details).

7. Warranty

Products may carry manufacturer warranties. Infinity Furnishing Ltd does not provide additional warranties unless stated.

Installation work is warranted for workmanship quality for 6 months unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability

Infinity Furnishing Ltd is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party installation.

Clients are responsible for securing all necessary permissions (e.g., landlord approval) before renovation work begins.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We handle your data in line with our Data Privacy Policy.

We use cookies and server logs on our website. Your use of our services implies consent to these practices.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
