Delivery Options
Standard Delivery – Within 3 to 7 working days for in-stock items.

Scheduled Delivery – You can request a specific date and time slot.

Renovation Material Delivery – Coordinated with your project timeline.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on distance, item size, and delivery type. These will be clearly communicated at checkout or when receiving a renovation quote.

Assembly Service
Assembly is available for most items. Charges may apply based on the product and complexity. For flooring and tile fittings, our installation teams can coordinate directly with you.

For Renovation Projects

A deposit (usually 25%–50%) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable upon completion or in agreed milestones, depending on project scope.

Invoices & Receipts

Invoices are provided via email or printed in-store. VAT details and payment breakdowns are included in all renovation quotes and final invoices.

Secure Payment Assurance

All online and in-store payments are processed securely using encrypted technologies. We do not store your card details.
