At Infinity Furnishing Ltd, every product that leaves our warehouse has been carefully inspected and verified to meet our quality standards before it reaches you. We take pride in delivering furnishings that are in perfect condition — because we care about your home as much as you do.
Why We Generally Do Not Accept Returns
Due to the nature of our products — flooring, tiles, bathroom fixtures, and bespoke furnishings — items cannot be resold or reused once they have left our facility. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns. This is not to disadvantage our customers, but to maintain the integrity and hygiene standards our products demand.
We ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a return or complaint, we genuinely encourage you to reach out to us. We will review every request on a case-by-case basis with fairness and transparency.
To be considered, we ask that you:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or evidence supporting your concern
- Cooperate with our team throughout the review process
Your cooperation allows us to resolve matters quickly and fairly for both parties.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — despite our thorough pre-delivery checks — we take full responsibility. Report the issue within 48 hours and we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation, at no cost to you.
Made-to-Order & Customised Products
Bespoke and made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or do not match the agreed specification.
Renovation & Service Bookings
- Deposits are non-refundable once a project has commenced or materials have been procured
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the project start date will receive a full refund
- Late cancellations may be subject to materials and labour charges
