At Infinity Furnishing Ltd, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase and service. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order, customised, or clearance items

Installed or used flooring, tiles, or bathroom fixtures

Any product that has been assembled or altered after delivery

Return Process

Contact us at info@infinityfurnishing.co.uk or call 01895 751 753 to request a return.

We will arrange a collection or advise you on return steps.

Once the item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Return Fees

A collection/restocking fee may apply (usually 10–25% of the item value).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds – Services & Renovation Work

We strive to ensure your renovation is completed to the highest standards.

Deposits

Deposits made for renovation bookings are non-refundable once the project has commenced or materials have been procured.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a confirmed project before work begins, please inform us at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made after this period may incur a materials or labour charge.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund based on the situation.
